Disabled Veterans Can Ride Buses FREEDisabled veterans can now ride public buses for free throughout Minnesota, including in Mankato. To qualify, veterans must show a Veterans Identification Card with the words "Service Connected" or the initials "SC" below the photo.The cards are available at VA medical centers in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
